It is quite a funny story, because after graduating from sociological studies I did not know what area I want to develop in yet. All I knew was that I wanted to work with people in a place where I would have a lot of challenges.

In 2009, I got a job offer as a consultant at the Randstad office in Garwolin, where I was recruiting candidates for lower-level positions. The then office manager noticed my sales potential quite quickly, so I started selling Randstad services on the local market.

Over time, I was offered a sales position in the headquarters in Warsaw. It was a shot at 10. A lot of challenges, ambitious recruitment projects, a completely different market, and many opportunities to sell our services to clients. After returning from maternity leave, I gained a new motivation to work, which in a very short time translated into great successes in both recruitment and sales. All these components meant that in the summer of 2016 I was selected to the very elite group of talents Randstad, in which I had the pleasure of, among others. learn how to manage people. Finally, from January 1, 2017, I have the opportunity to use this knowledge in practice as a manager of the Warszawa Centrum branch.
