  • how is your career at randstad?

    I started my adventure with randstad in June 2008. I became a leading consultant in the first Randstad Inhouse Services office in Silesia at a client with whom I work to this day, but in a different role.

    I started working at randstad as a consultant, working for many years in over 10 Randstad Inhouse Services offices on the premises of our clients.

    As a consultant, I participated in the opening and development of new offices appearing in Silesia. I recruited and implemented new consultants. While working at randstad, I gave birth to a child, and immediately after the maternity leave, I took part in internal recruitment and took the position of Junior Process Manager.

    For two years, I fulfilled this position and managed the cooperation with 10 clients of Randstad Inhouse Services. In 2017, I participated in a talent program. Currently, I manage teams that support our clients as part of Randstad Inhouse Services.

    German precision - although the company is Dutch, I associate it with the German brand, probably because I still hear Randstad

    In the first place, work with people who are fully committed to what they do. I can always count on them. In addition, the ability to contact various customers. Each new client is just like starting a new job and I am never bored, each day brings new challenges and new opportunities. Thanks to this, I learn and develop every day.

  • what advice would you give to those who wish to join randstad?

    If you are committed, you like hard work that gives great satisfaction, you want to meet people you can count on, you've come to the right place.

  • the funniest thing that happened to you in randstad this?

    The last 10 years have been full of positive developments. I especially have fond memories of integration trips with my team, during which there were many funny situations.

  • how do you feel in the team and company?

    Very good - now I have the best team and the best manager you can imagine. I am able to move mountains with these people.

    Work takes up a large part of my life. It is a great value for me. Thanks to it, I am able to pursue myself, my plans and dreams.
