- contacting customers (by phone and email) to solicit payments
- managing customer accounts, including updating data and handling transfers
- monitoring and processing payments, including managing overpayments and refunds
- identifying and resolving payment issues, escalating as necessary
- create accounts receivable reports and forecasts
- support in process improvement and compliance projects (SOX)
- fluenty in English and Italian or French (min. C1)
- university degree (preferred: finance, accounting, business)
- min. 1 year of experience in debt collection/B2B customer service or in a high-volume environment
- knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel) and system SAP
- ability to analyze financial data and manage credit risk
- strong organizational, analytical and communication skills
- experience working in a shared services environment will be an added advantage
