For one of our Clients we are currently looking for experienced Collections Team Leader with previous experience in process transition.

- Ensure sound policies, processes, and controls around collections services
- Analyse accounts driving aging and provide appropriate action plans to reduce aging
- Partner with other departments to handle critical business decisions on collections
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure end-to-end processes are running smoothly
- Team management activities
- Identify appropriate system enhancements, and participate in system testing
- Provide explanations and implement solutions to root cause problems
- Process improvements activities
- Effectively manage high-risk situations
- Support the hiring and manage the on-boarding process of new team members
- Educational background
- Relevant professional experience in Accounts Receivables / Collections
- Previous experience leading a team
- Fluency in English; knowledge of any of Nordic languages will be an additional asset (Swedish, Norwegian, Finnish or Danish)
- Proven experience with continuous improvement and/or project management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Package.
- Experience in process migration and centralization
