For our client we are looking for a person for the position of: Concur Expense/SAP S4HANA Migration Consultant
As a Concur Expense/SAP S4HANA Migration Consultant, you will be responsible for supporting the end-to-end migration process of our Concur Expense activities, ensuring data integrity, and configuring the system to meet our business requirements. You will work closely with our Tech/Business Concur owners, PMO, Tech, Finance, and Operational Teams to develop and implement a robust migration strategy, and provide guidance and support throughout the transition.

This position requires deep knowledge of travel and expense processes, strategic thinking, and experience with credit card feeds and SAP interfaces.

your tasks
Travel and Expense Process:
- · Provide deep knowledge and expertise in travel and expense processes to optimize system performance and user experienc
- Develop and implement best practices for travel and expense management within Concur and SAP 4 Hana
Strategic Thinking:
- · Apply strategic thinking to identify opportunities for process improvements and cost savings
- Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement strategies that align with organizational goals
Credit Card Feeds and Card Programs:
- Support with the implementation and management of corporate card programs within the Concur system
- Ensure seamless integration and compliance with organizational policies and procedures
- Collaborate with main vendors to set up and manage card programs effectively
System Integration:
- · Ensure seamless integration of Concur Expense with SAP S/4HANA
- · Coordinate with IT and functional teams to align Concur Expense configurations with SAP S/4HANA requirements
Compliance and Reporting:
- · Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and internal policies related to expense management
- · Generate and analyse reports to monitor the effectiveness of the new system and make recommendations for improvements
Project Documentation:
- · Maintain comprehensive documentation of all migration activities, configurations, and customizations
- · Prepare regular status reports for project stakeholders
Training and Support:
- · Support the creation and maintenance of knowledge articles and other documentation within the ServiceNow system
- · Ensure that all documentation is up-to-date, accurate, and accessible to end-users

- · Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or related field
- · Proven experience with Concur Expense and SAP S/4HANA implementations
- · Strong understanding of travel and expense processes
- · Proven strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
- · Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
- · Experience with credit card feeds and interfaces
- · Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
Preferred Skills:
- · Concur Expense module certification
- · Experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry
- · Familiarity with change management principles
- · Experience with project management methodologies.
- Knowledge of travel and expense regulations and practices
