- an individual with preliminary professional experience (at least 1 year) including basics of project management, Continuous Improvement and performance analysis of processes;
- good problem solving skills, 'can-do' attitude;
- opennes, good communication skills, collaborative spirit;
- comfortable with fast past-paced, high-intensity environment where multiple projects are balanced and work needs to be prioritized;
- evidence of using LSS tools would be an asset
