Together with our international client we are looking for a detail-oriented professional who speaks English and also one of the languages: Italian, Dutch, German, French or Spanish.
In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that customer contracts are accurately reported and renewed on time within the SAP system. You will also manage the creation of quotes, ensuring they are aligned with the correct scope and specifications.

- manage, monitor, and resolve incoming inquiries related to pricing and contract processes
- maintain communication with various teams to ensure seamless handling of quotes, contracts, and pricing activities
- monitor and oversee expiring contracts to ensure timely follow-up
- facilitate the renewal process for expiring contracts
- draft, renew, and extend contracts as needed
- min. 1 year of relevant professional experience, with analysis and problem-solving skills
- knowledge of English and Italian/Dutch/ German/ French or Spanish at min. B2 level
- master’s degree in finance, accounting, business or relevant
- knowlege of SAP
- proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Access)
- experience in the SSC area
- strong communication skills and problem-solving mindset
- customer focus and a proactive attitude
- team player with business acumen
