- create price requests, manage timely price setups, follow blocked order developments, chase missing entries, and handle surcharges;
- maintain a structured workflow by monitoring prices and customer data, proactively addressing exceptions;
- conduct end-of-month price follow-up and manage invoicing actions in C4C to maximize monthly invoicing;
- investigate and resolve price issues in C4C/SAP, identifying required steps for solutions;
- propose ideas to improve back-office efficiency;
- detect, prevent, and resolve pricing issues to ensure compliant orders, accurate invoicing, and KPI achievement;
- support the customer service team with master data management, including customer and contract updates;
- provide audit support with process and price/master data evidence for compliant findings;
- perform weekly compliance reporting and provide material safety information to customers as needed;
- collaborate as a team player, assisting with backup activities for other customer service members
- Excellent English language skills;
- Bachelor’s degree with work experience in accounting or finance;
- Excellent communication skills with different Management levels;
- IT literacy is a must;
- Eye for details, problem solving & service-oriented attitude;
- ‘Can do’-mentality;
- Team player, flexible and customer minded;
- Organised and likes structure and procedures
