- leading large-scale and complex enterprise-wide projects such as REEV, and MSE deployment;
- designing, building, and optimizing digitalization processes in Indirect Retail, including implementing tools;
- prioritizing and rolling out the full portfolio of digital B2B solutions, managing resources, and coordinating activation teams across all product categories;
- supporting markets in ensuring adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and increasing program awareness among business partners;
- working closely with Market Activation teams and subject matter experts to ensure smooth implementation across different markets;
- participating in deployment meetings, providing support for Jira/ConsGov case management, and tracking resolution progress;
- providing leadership, mentoring, and guidance to transformation partners, fostering project team development, and motivating them to achieve higher performance levels;
- coordinating with analytics teams, monitoring key performance indicators, driving continuous improvements, and reporting results to senior management;
- ensuring alignment between Indirect Retail activities and regional initiatives, managing OGSM processes, and identifying best practices in the Digital Trade Engagement ecosystem;
- leading optimization initiatives related to distribution channels and change management within REEV and MSE programs
- bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Digital, Business Management, or IT-related fields;
- agile Project Management certification and strong analytical skills;
- proficiency in project management tools (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Keynote) and collaboration platforms (JIRA, Confluence, Slack);
- minimum of 5 years of experience in Commercial, Indirect Retail, Digital B2B Deployments, and Change Management;
- proven track record in leading Digital Trade Engagement initiatives and Indirect Retail programs;
- ability to assess data, plan, and implement innovative solutions to enhance operational efficiency
