- Act as a liaison between IT and business teams to ensure alignment on EDI projects.
- Learn and implement EDI mappings in tools such as Lobster (training provided), ensuring seamless data exchanges.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to troubleshoot and enhance EDI processes.
- Support logistics and operational teams by ensuring data accuracy and optimizing integrations.
- Build strong relationships with onsite stakeholders to bridge technical and operational needs.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in freight forwarding or logistics.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to bridge technical requirements and business outcomes.
- Excellent teamwork skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, operations, and business stakeholders.
- Interest in IT and a proactive attitude to develop EDI expertise with provided training.
- Familiarity with EDI Standards and Protocols such as XML, EDIFACT, or JSON (training provided).
- Basic understanding of integration protocols like API, SFTP, or AS2.
- Experience in logistics IT systems or software like MSSQL, VSCODE, or Jira/Confluence.
