your tasks
- Represent Security Architecture to ensure Security is embedded across all areas of the ERP
migration program and its related satellite projects. - Review ERP security considerations including access management, data protection, system
integration security, vulnerability management, compliance and governance, monitoring and
incident response, change management, and third-party risk management. - Coordinate any required security testing, including penetration tests and vulnerability
assessments, to validate the security posture of the ERP system throughout the migration. - Coordinate project resources and activities to ensure successful project execution and
alignment with program goals. - Work closely with technical and functional teams to ensure technical solutions meet project
requirements, security standards, and align to ERP Security best practices. - Communicate project updates, risks, and issues to the Cyber Security Office, SAP Program
Lead, project stakeholders, and program governance teams. - Provide technical expertise, guidance, and support to the Initiative Lead and project team
members and use the PMO team to seek support and guidance as required. - Continuously assess security risks associated with the ERP migration and develop mitigation
strategies. - Maintain detailed documentation of security architecture decisions, configurations, and
changes. Provide regular reports to senior management on security status and risk levels
what we expect
- Advanced Degree in Computer Science
- 6+ Years of Cyber Security Experience
- Certifications: Any of the following - CISM, CISSP, SABSA
- Experience in Global Manufacturing, Pharma, and/or Life Sciences Company
- Strong Expertise in ERP Security
- Experience Developing Security Strategies and/or Reference Architectures
- Hands-On Experience in Medium Scale Digital Transformation Projects (S/4HANA Preferred)
- Extensive Knowledge of Security Technology: Encryption, Authentication and Authorization, Security Protocols, Data and Privacy Security, AI/ML, and Application Development
- Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills
- Ability to Write, Develop, and Maintain Technical Documentation
Nice to have:
- Experience with ERP Migration Projects
- Experience in Coordinating Security Testing (Penetration Tests, Vulnerability Assessments)
- Experience in Reviewing ERP Security Considerations: Access Management, Data Protection, System Integration Security, Vulnerability Management, Compliance and Governance, Monitoring and Incident Response, Change Management, and Third-Party Risk Management
- Experience in Providing Technical Expertise and Guidance to Project Teams
- Experience in Maintaining Detailed Documentation of Security Architecture Decisions
