- Stakeholder & Change Management – Establishes strong, sustainable relationships with stakeholders, fostering a clear understanding of change initiatives. Utilizes proven methods to engage and align teams in both the new center and donor regions.
- People Development – Inspires, coaches, and guides team members to achieve their objectives. Provides constructive feedback, conducts performance evaluations, and supports professional growth through structured management practices.
- Minimum 5 years' experience in team lead (or equivalent) position
- Knowledge of English at least at B2/C1 level and German at least B1/B2 or above
- Completed studies in the field of finance/accounting
- Track record of delivery in GBS operations leadership
- A proven track of CI initiatives delivered
- Great team builder that leads through example and a hands-on engagement style.
- Energetic, supportive and non-hierarchical leadership style.
- Detailed and accurate able to manage a team to metrics, targets and KPI’s
- Good commercial knowledge of working in IFRS and associated accounting principles
- Experience of working with Customer Master, Billing, Cash Applications and Collections and overall Receivables activity
- Experience of working with SAP for Finance and specific Finance transactions including FI/CO modules
- Experience of working in Finance Operations Function in a R2R Value Stream
- Experience of leading Accounts Receivables team working on SAP platforms.
