- serve as the primary point of contact for all HR-related inquiries;
- manage and maintain HR documentation in compliance with internal policies and legal regulations;
- ensure the HR database is accurate, up to date, and aligned with applicable legislation;
- prepare and issue employment-related documentation for new hires and current employees;
- respond to employees’ HR-related questions and provide necessary support;
- support the payroll department by providing relevant employee data (e.g., leave of absence, sick days, and work schedules);
- administer employee benefits programs and ensure smooth operations;
- actively participate in HR projects and initiatives;
- coordinate Health & Safety (H&S) activities with external providers;
- manage relationships with external vendors, including payroll, H&S, and benefits providers
- bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field;
- 3+ years of experience in HR administration, preferably in the company from IT industry;
- fluency in English, both written and spoken;
- familiarity with SAP SuccessFactors - a strong plus;
- proven experience in managing employee benefits programs;
- strong background in vendor management within HR;
- excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels
