maintaining personal and organizational data in the system – ensuring accuracy and up-to-date records of employee and company information;
providing ongoing support to employees during their employment – assisting with HR-related inquiries, resolving issues, and guiding employees through internal processes.
preparing contract amendments – drafting and managing annexes to employment contracts in compliance with company policies and labor laws.
managing employee documentation – maintaining personnel files, ensuring proper storage of contracts, agreements, and other employment-related documents.
generating and reporting data from the system – extracting, analyzing, and presenting HR data to support decision-making and compliance requirements
proficiency in English at B2 level – strong communication skills in both written and spoken English, allowing for effective interaction in a professional environment;
proficiency in German at B2 level – the ability to communicate in German, both verbally and in writing, to support daily tasks and interactions with German-speaking colleagues or clients;
good knowledge of Microsoft Excel – familiarity with Excel functions, including data analysis, formulas, pivot tables, and reporting tools;
