- Ensure the efficient functioning of HR processes: employee satisfaction, goal setting, career paths, potential assessment, development planning
- Recruitment and employment planning and Implementation of HR tools
- Provide comprehensive local HR services, actively managing employee related cases, absence, and welfare
- Develop and maintain relationships with third-party service providers, including legal, benefit, health insurance, safety
- Create and implementation of organizational culture, values and internal communication
- Preparation and checking of payrolls, monitoring employee attendance, recording working time, leaves and other forms of absence
- Ensuring compliance with legal regulations and timely settlement of all expenses related to business travel
- Prepare employment contracts, annexes and other employment-related documents
- Implement all aspects of HR administration, policies, procedures, and communication for the employee lifecycle
- Support employees in the field of HR and payroll services by providing information and support to employees in matters related to personnel documentation, remuneration, working time
- Coordination of the process of seconding foreign employees, including preparation of documents and formalities related to travel
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar position
- Strong generalist HR experience in a commercial HR Department, with proficiency in labour law, payroll tax regulations, benefits and HR best practice
- Fluent business level English (written and spoken)
- Experience working payroll systems and/or working with payroll outsourcing
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal, with the ability to influence people at all levels
- Knowledge of legal provisions regarding the settlement of business trips and foreign delegations
- Experience working autonomously with strong decisio making skills
- Creative, flexible, with a proactive approach to problem solving
