- work daily with HR systems such as ServiceNow and Workday
- collaborate closely with teams across Payroll, Technology, HR Business Partners, Projects, Rewards, and global HR functions
- experience in HR administration with a desire to grow further in the field
- proficiency in French or Czech and English (minimum B2+ level)
- advanced proficiency in Polish
- openness to collaboration and building positive relationships with employees and teams
- strong interpersonal and communication skills
- high attention to detail and a results-driven approach
- availability for full-time work (Mon-Fri, standard office hours)
