- drive the development and improvement of policies and procedures necessary to ensure smooth HR operations in Poland
- ensure compliance with existing and changing legal requirements
- manage key HR processes in Poland including payroll, HR administration, induction, succession planning and HR development in line with the company’s corporate framework
- ensure operational compliance with local regulations and internal HR policies
- responsible for managing employee relations and the overall HR strategy including HR performance, HR advisory and compliance, absence and time management, whistleblowing, talent attraction, retention, recruitment campaigns and growth
- minimum 5 years' experience in HRSSC environment in a leadership role within HR Ops (equivalent HRBP / HR Manager)
- knowledge of English at min. B2/C1 and German at min. B1/B2
- strong people management and coaching skill and ability to collaborate across HR teams with stakeholders
- experience in project management of HR Services transition/HR Transformation and movement of activities into a GBS hub
- proficient in working with ServiceNow or other ticketing system and with Workday or comparable platform
- good working knowledge of Polish and EMEA employment legalisation and demonstrated ability to use external resources to supplement knowledge gaps to ensure service compliance
- continuous improvement mindset to identify and lead process and technology improvements
