You will be part of building their new Global Service Centre in Poznan, which is to support various functions globally, and you will have a considerable influence on the future. your tasks
- deliver Operational HR Service support to the HR community
- perform HR processes in line with corporate directions, legal standards, and country-specific requirements (e.g. onboarding, probation)
- process HR requests and prepare HR-related documents and reports (e.g. contracts, reference letters, certificates)
- support Recruitment activities and Application Management, including the posting of positions, interview scheduling, maintaining candidate database, pre-screening of applications, handling of related paperwork, communication with the candidates
- data management within our HR systems ensures up-to-date employee and organizational information with high data quality and accuracy
- archiving documents
what we expect
- fluent spoken and written German (C1) and English (B2-C1) language skills, additional European languages are a great asset
- ideal candidates will have 1-2 years of HR Operations and/or Shared Services experience in a global organization
- good knowledge and understanding of HR processes and procedures and 1-2 years of HR administrative experience
- experience with HR systems is desirable but extensive trainings will be provided
customer service-based attitude and focus on getting things done - ability to build strong and trustworthy relationships with others and to effectively contribute to a highly collaborative work environment
- open mindset towards change and engagement for continuous improvement
- excellent time management, planning, organizational and interpersonal skills
