The Installation Project Manager - in collaboration with the commercial project team - ensures, that the project is delivered on time, within budget and scope following the required safety and quality standards. Throughout installation you will be required to provide regular project reviews to the project management team. your tasks
- planning, adjusting, and improving the installation concept while driving cost efficiency in the installation planning phase
- executing site visits with suppliers and customers in the preparation phase of projects to ensure Construction Project Execution Manuals, HSE and quality standards are met
- point of contact for customers and suppliers to align the installation concept and layout changes
- direct the implementation of the installation concepts towards main stakeholders; externally (crane, installation teams, road and site preparation, civil works, etc.) as well as internally (foundation, site supervision, site management, finance, transport, commercial project management, etc.)
- monitor project risk, progress, budget, and performance on a continuous basis
- support the site execution team on demand
- create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, site orders, and ensure all reporting requirements are met on time and to the required quality
what we expect
- degree-level education with 3 to 5 years of experience in project execution and installation management
- experience in the wind sector is preferred but not essential
- multi-discipline engineering experience with strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- professional understanding of contract management and commitment to maintaining high levels of Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental standards
- strong focus on customer relations and satisfaction, with the ability to quickly adapt to changes in processes, procedures, policies, and systems
- fluent in Polish and English both spoken and written
- flexible, adaptive, and willing to travel. (Approx. 80days/year)
