For our client, we are looking for an International Medical Communications & Information Manager. You will play a pivotal role in shaping how medical information is shared and understood worldwide. Let’s work together to make a meaningful difference in global healthcare!

Medical Communications:
- Developing internal and external medical communication materials, including digital content and Medical Scientific Liaison resources,
- Coordinating event planning and slide development for international advisory boards and congresses, including satellite symposia,
- Supporting international medical education initiatives and assist marketing teams in producing accurate, unbiased materials,
- Contributing to publication planning processes for global markets.
Medical Information:
- Responding to internal and external medical information requests, document in the appropriate database, and escalate complex queries as needed,
- Monitoring and review current scientific literature relevant to international markets, creating comprehensive literature reviews,
- Providing scientific data to brand teams for promotional use and collaborate on cross-functional insights,
- Developing and implement medical information plans, budgets, and risk management strategies,
- Identifing and execute process improvements related to medical information and material review.
- MSc Medical, Pharmaceutical or health sciences with 5 years of experience working in medical affairs - pharma/biotech/med tech) or BSc with 6 years of experience working in medical affairs - pharma/biotech/med tech),
- 3-5 years’ experience in Medical Information and Medical Communication,
- Proven ability to perform in-depth medical literature research, analysis, and interpretation to develop medical materials,
- Proven record of working in matrix environment and delivering as part of a cross-functional team. Strong across/above market experience desired,
- Solid track record of multi-project management and execution,
- Experience in education of internal teams (e.g. Commercial and Medical teams),
- Experience with Medical Information management systems.
- Fluency in the English language (C1 or above per CEFR framework),
- Ability to travel 10%.
