- supporting onboarding by processing new hire paperwork and assisting with communications
- assisting with offboarding processes and employee benefits programs
- ensuring compliance with workplace health and safety standards
- providing support for recruitment processes
- organizing worldwide training sessions for various entities.
- proven experience as an Office and HR Administrator or in other HR-related roles
- very good English and German (both written and spoken) are required
- excellent customer service and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain professional relationships
- strong teamwork skills to collaborate effectively across various divisions
- proactive attitude with a natural drive to solve problems and address office-related challenges
- intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office
- effective time management, organizational skills, and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- a commitment to continuously improving office and HR processes
