We’re looking for an experienced Team Leader to oversee the Order Management team in Gdańsk, where efficiency meets Scandinavian reliability. As a crucial player in establishing and growing the Polish office, you'll set the tone for seamless order processing, lead by example, and ensure team maintains high standards for quality and client satisfaction. You’ll be working with a dynamic team to streamline processes, elevate service levels, and make sure that every detail in the order journey is managed to perfection.

- leading and supporting a team of Order Management Specialists to ensure a collaborative, high-performance environment,
- overseeing end-to-end order processes to maintain accuracy and compliance, meeting our SSC standards and ensuring timely, reliable order completion,
- driving team learning and development, tackling skill gaps and promoting process improvements in our daily operations,
- spearheading continuous improvement efforts by applying LEAN methodologies to streamline workflows and elevate service levels for clients,
- managing complex order escalations, guiding your team to provide swift, satisfactory resolutions that meet our client’s high expectations.
A strong communicator with an analytical mindset and the ability to adapt processes on the go. You know your way around order management, and you’ve got the experience to back it up. We want someone who can not only handle challenges but use them as opportunities to inspire their team and drive process improvements.
In your application, we hope to see:
- a Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field,
- Carlo system - must have,
- 5+ years in logistics, supply chain, or order management with at least 2 years in a team lead or managerial role,
- proven leadership skills with a talent for fostering collaboration and team growth.
- expertise in LEAN methodologies and order management processes, ideally within a logistics or supply chain context.
- advanced proficiency in MS Excel for data analysis and reporting.
- fluency in English; Polish or Danish/Swedish/Norwegian language skills are a plus.
- a knack for future-proofing processes and staying ahead of industry changes.
