The OTC Senior Analyst will be responsible for supporting financial postings, accruals, various accounting and sales reporting reconciliations, and invoicing across multiple territories. This role also involves overseeing cash application and receivables management.

your tasks
- Ensure accurate and timely financial postings, accruals, and reconciliations for General Ledger (GL) and Accounts Receivable, aligning with local and global management requirements,
- Invoicing of deal partners per sales reporting or contractual terms; review of manual journal entries,
- Process intercompany invoicing,
- Oversee the proper allocation of cash payments received against the corresponding agreements,
- Actively monitor systems, identifying and escalating outstanding items for resolution,
- Support various transformation initiatives and strategic projects,
- Identify and implement business process enhancements,
- Suggest and drive system changes to improve daily processes,
- Maintain ongoing communication with management, affiliates, and internal teams to address issues and align priorities.
- Bachelor’s degree; Accounting/Finance preferred,
- Minimum of 3 years work experience (experience in transition preferred),
- CPA (or pursuing) preferred,
- Detail oriented individual with organizational and leadership skills,
- Ability to balance multiple tasks simultaneously and efficient time management,
- Strong communication skills, comfortable sharing ideas and speaking up,
- Team player with experience working in the international environment,
- Capable of working independently, while also integrating into a team environment,
- Prior experience with SAP and Business Warehouse would be strongly preferred,
- Very good knowledge of Ms Excel
- Proficiency in English language (C1)
