your tasks
- consolidating and validating data, providing payroll data/instructions to the payroll service provider (outsourcing model);
- entering data into the payroll system and calculating payroll (in-house model);
- validating payroll output, making necessary corrections, obtaining payroll approval, processing payroll payments and statutory contributions;
- responding to payroll-related inquiries from employees, other departments and the payroll service provider;
- registering requests in the ticketing system;
- for selected markets: validating time and attendance data affecting payroll calculations, performing benefits administration tasks;
- determining employee contributions based on specified rules;
- validating and processing invoices, calculating local premiums;
- supporting the collection of required documentation for internal/external audits, corporate audits.
what we expect
- university degree;
- experience in internal or external payroll processing or finance / HR delivery processes and systems;
- English at the level of min. B2;
- responsibility;
- high tolerance for stressful situations (working within up to 10 markets with different regulations, vendors/systems, calendars; tight deadlines; requirement for utmost accuracy).
