your tasks
- Build a thriving workplace culture: partner with leadership to establish an inclusive, people-centred environment that motivates and supports employees.
- Lead Learning and Development initiatives: develop and implement a comprehensive framework that aligns with organisational goals and inspires continuous learning.
- Identify and bridge skill gaps: work closely with teams to assess learning needs and tailor development programs for individual and collective success.
- Collaborate for impact: partner with People Ops to integrate learning strategies into broader initiatives, from performance management to employee engagement.
- Champion a growth mindset: encourage knowledge-sharing and professional development while promoting a culture where everyone is empowered to succeed.

In your application we hope to see:
- Essential: A bachelor’s degree in HR, Organisational Development, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Proven experience: At least five years in HR, with a focus on learning and development, talent development, or organisational growth.
- Skills that shine:
- Designing and delivering impactful L&D programs.
- Leading change in evolving environments.
- Engaging effectively at all levels of an organisation.
- Tech-savvy: Confident in e-learning platforms, LMS tools, and digital collaboration systems.
- Language skills: Fluency in Polish and English.
- Certifications in coaching or advanced L&D methodologies will be a huge asset
- Knowledge of organisational psychology or behavioural science is a plus.
