- providing first-line technical and procedural support for the platform, responding to user inquiries and resolving issues
- manage and resolve user queries and issues promptly to minimize disruption and ensure seamless user experience
- escalate complex issues to appropriate teams within the Procurement Technology Team for further assistance
- document and track all support requests, maintaining detailed records of user interactions and resolutions
- conduct regular user training sessions and clinics to enhance users' proficiency with the platform
- develop comprehensive training materials and resources to support user learning and system navigation
- address and clarify user questions during training sessions, ensuring clear understanding and effective use of the platform
- manage maverick contract uploads to the platform, ensuring accuracy and compliance with established procedures
- create and manage technical contracts to enable efficient buying channels, including punchouts and catalogues
- knowledge of S2C Platform, SAP Ariba
- strong technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- understanding of procurement processes (sourcing, contracting) and systems
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective user interaction and training delivery
- detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and documentation
- ability to work collaboratively within a team and escalate issues efficiently
