- work with Procurement Categories, Sourcing teams and Sustainability subject matter

experts to support integration of sustainability requirements into procurement processes;
manage data collection and data quality requirements related to various Sustainability
programs;gather and analyze data related to Biodiversity and Water Stewardship;manage communication and track progress of RSP (Responsible Sourcing Principles)
deployment;maintain accurate records and documentation related to sustainability efforts and supplier
engagements;use superior interpersonal communications skills to effectively interface with managers
and functional partners at all levels of the organization;utilize procurement tools and other systems to perform the jobwhat we expect
- degree in Environmental Science, Environmental Management, Sustainability or related
fields; - strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data;
- strong attention to detail and organizational skills;
- proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel incl. advanced graphs, PowerPoint);
- fluency in English, both written and spoken;
- excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective supplier engagement;
- ability to work collaboratively in a team environment;
- experience in environmental management or ESG projects is an asset
