your tasks

• Provide professionally-focused support for multiple projects and workstreams,
• End-to-end coordination of project and program meetings and workshops with global stakeholders from around the business,
• Support travel arrangements,
• Coordinate and support the project team to prepare for project governance, reporting and
  presentation events,
• Keep the team members in order! Ensure all project documentation is stored consistently and logically (SPOL/Teams/Smartsheets/RAID logs/software licenses/recruitment and capacity trackers),
• Uses intuition and expertise and creative problem-solving to drive simplification and
  standardisation of information dissemination and capture,
• Support Project Managers with the creation and maintenance of project documentation.

what we expect

• Relevant project coordination and/or administrative experience
• Experience in the pharmaceutical/medical industry is a plus,
• Fluent English and Polish,
• Strong organisation, inter-personal and planning skills, with attention to detail,
• Ability to format documents for a consistent, professional appearance,
• Experience with a variety of virtual meeting technologies, information management software and Microsoft products such as Teams, OneNote, Outlook, Excel and Powerpoint.
