We are seeking a Sales Engineer to international team and contribute to the development of the automation market for the maritime industry in Europe. In this role, you will establish relationships with shipowners, shipyards, and design firms, promoting innovative solutions that shape the future of the industry.

- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the marine industry in Europe, especially to develop shipowner and shipyard clients.
- Establish the relationship with local and European design firms to promote company’s solution at design stage for newbuilding projects.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers.
- Present and sell company products and services to current and potential new customers.
- Prepare the quotation and technical agreement for the inquiries.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and quotas.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals to customers.
- Negotiate and close deals with customers.
- Attend and participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, developments, and competition.
- Provide regular reports on sales activities and progress to management.
- Fluent verbal and written English.
- Bachelor's degree in engineering ie mechanical, electric/automation or similar.
- 5+ years of experience in sales prefer within the marine industry with track records.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Willing to travel in Europe.
