• managing customer expectations

• ensuring that invoices are sent to customers on time
• participating in international book fairs

• native level of a european language (English, German, Portugese, Greek)
• knowledge of culture / market of a given country (work experience/ living/ studing)
• communicative English
• excellent communication and time management skills
• ability for acting effectively in dynamic environment
• strong attention to details and problem solving skills
• good MS Office knowledge 
• previous sales experience - nice to have
