your tasks
- Virtualization Mastery: Manage and optimize VMware vSphere environments, ensuring peak performance and reliability.
- Backup & Recovery Excellence: Oversee Veeam Backup & Replication solutions to safeguard critical data and ensure seamless disaster recovery.
- Performance Optimization: Address bottlenecks with expert tuning and monitoring, leveraging tools like Veeam ONE.
- Automation Expertise: Use PowerCLI and PowerShell to automate processes and enhance efficiency.
- Collaborative Impact: Work closely with cross-functional teams to align IT infrastructure with organizational objectives.
what we expect
An experienced IT professional with a proven track record in managing complex virtualized environments and backup systems. Someone who thrives on challenges, embraces collaboration, and takes pride in delivering exceptional results.
In your application, we hope to see:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information science, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of hands-on experience in senior roles with VMware and Veeam solutions.
- Expertise in VMware vSphere, vCenter, High Availability, DRS, and resource management.
- Advanced knowledge of Veeam Backup & Replication, including integrations and disaster recovery strategies.
Proficiency in PowerCLI, PowerShell, Windows Server, and Office 365.
Suggested:
- Certifications like VMware VCP, VCAP, or Veeam VMCE.
- Knowledge of VMware vSAN or NSX.
- Strong analytical skills and a proactive mindset.
