- work closely with both departments to identify, analyze, and resolve system or process-related challenges, ensuring that technical solutions align with business objectives.
- offer guidance and recommendations to HR professionals regarding best practices for system usage and process optimization;
- support users in navigating complex system functionalities and resolving issues,
- open and curious person with ability to learn fast new things around HR systems support;
- having very good communication skills and ability to interact with different P&C (HR) and IT teams;
- action oriented problem solver who understands technology;
- good level of written and oral English;
- very good Excel skills;
- nice to have – knowledge of SuccessFactors and Phenom systems
