- Steer global tax and payroll compliance (in relation to internationally mobile employees and work with global tax authorities and the appointed tax service provider
- Manage payments of global tax return liabilities and collection of tax refunds due
- Application of the tax policies for internationally mobile employees
- Seek opportunities for simplicity and enhance existing processes
- Support implementation, communication, and coordination of policy changes
- Support the business and employees throughout their compliance journey, answering tax queries
- Proactively manage vendor costs and identify improvements through vendor relationships and use of technology; evaluate overall vendor performance
- Bachelor's degree (finance or law)
- Experience in a similar role in either the Big 4 and / or inhouse experience in a Global Mobility team is preferred
- Experience of global coordination of a German led global mobility programme).
- Strong analytical, attention to detail and organisational skills
- Fluent in German and English
- The ability to work independently and as part of a wider team.
