your tasks
Analyze and Enhance Business Processes
Collaborate with department leaders and IT teams to evaluate current workflows, tools, and systems to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements that align with business goals.
Document Business and System Requirements
Develop comprehensive documentation such as gap analyses, process flow diagrams, decision tables, and detailed requirement specifications to support the design and enhancement of analytical tools and processes.

Engage with business sponsors to extract high-level requirements, then refine and translate these needs into actionable technical specifications through structured processes.
System Testing and Validation
Take ownership of testing activities, including unit, system, and user acceptance testing, to validate new or enhanced system functionalities. Collaborate with subject matter experts as needed to ensure accuracy.
Provide Technical Support and Troubleshooting
Serve as the first point of contact for troubleshooting system and process issues, offering operational support and proactive problem resolution to maintain system performance.
Support CRM and MDM Applications
Review product designs to verify clear, correct, and testable requirements. Assist in creating use cases and user stories to ensure comprehensive capture of functional requirements.
Lead Process Optimization Initiatives
Evaluate existing workflows and research best practices to propose strategies for process enhancements. Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize changes that deliver measurable quality and efficiency gains.
Monitor Implementation Success
Oversee post-implementation performance of system changes, ensuring continued operational efficiency and preventing recurring issues.
Vendor Collaboration and Oversight
Manage relationships with external vendors, ensuring they deliver solutions that meet agreed-upon standards and timelines.
Mentorship and Team Leadership
Guide junior analysts by modeling best practices, providing mentorship, and fostering a collaborative and innovative team environment.
what we expect
Educational Background
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or completion of a recognized apprenticeship program with at least four years of related professional experience.
Professional Experience
Minimum of five years of relevant work experience, including at least three years in a business analyst role.
Language Proficiency
Demonstrated fluency in English, with strong skills in reading, writing, and speaking.
Technical Skills
Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite, including advanced functionalities to support analysis and documentation. Experience with PowerBI or Tableau.
