- supporting the users during hyper care, responding to questions and escalating issues.
- 1-3 years experience in operational domain (preferably Payroll Delivery and Employee Care);
- fluency in English;
- experience with Time&Absence processes and systems;
- efficiency in Excel;
- analytical skills;
- critical thinking;
- curiosity allowing to deal with amiguity and propose solutions;
- knowlegde of HR2U and/or Success Factors will be an asset.
