your tasks
- responsible for all aspects of Real Estate transaction for EMEA
- maintaining and managing documentation (including acquisition, disposition, new leases, lease renewals, expansions and contracts, terminations, subleases, renegotiations)
- liaises with business leaders, corporate real estate, management and internal customers
- preparing financial analyses, forecasts and budget analysis to evaluate various real estate opportunities
- creating strategic long-term plans to achieve goals
- manage agreements related to the EMEA
- manage agency relationships and service providers
- training and support for other Real Estate team members
what we expect
- English: B2/C1 level (both spoken and written)
- previous professional experience in similar job positions or in the SSC/BPO sector
- experience in document management or accounting
- experience working in the commercial real estate industry - nice to have
- well-versed in Microsoft Office applications (PowerPoint, Excel, Word and Outlook)
- excellent written and verbal communication skills
- well organized, analytical, strategic thinker, efficient
and detail oriented
