A customer is not bound by any legal relationship with a temporary employee, but assigns tasks to be performed to a worker and supervises their execution. They are also required to provide safe and healthy working conditions.
We cannot guarantee nor promise that a temporary employee who has been assigned temporary work will be hired permanently by our customer. Randstad does not ensure continuity of work – it depends on the current needs of our customer.
