temporary work is performed on based on a temporary employment contract or a mandate contract concluded between a temporary employee and Randstad. Contracts are concluded subject to the applicable provisions of the Act on Employment of Temporary Workers, the Labor Code and the Civil Code.

a temporary employee is a person who takes on temporary work.

a temporary employment agency, in this case Randstad , is a company that offers temporary work and hires a temporary employee.

a customer is an employer user, that is a company where the temporary employee hired by Randstad will provide work. A customer is not bound by any legal relationship with a temporary employee, but assigns tasks to be performed to a worker and supervises their execution. They are also required to provide safe and healthy working conditions.

We cannot guarantee nor promise that a temporary employee who has been assigned temporary work will be hired permanently by our customer. Randstad does not ensure continuity of work – it depends on the current needs of our customer.
