  • You have no obligation to accept our temporary job offer.
  • Prior to commencing work (work assignment), we will ask you to complete a personal questionnaire that is necessary to draft and conclude an employment contract with you and create your employee personal files. Some of the documents confirming employment may be obtained by e-mail.
  • Prior to commencing work (if you take up work under on a temporary employment contract or a Labor Code contract) you are committed to undergo medical examinations based on a referral issued by Randstad. Bear in mind that obtaining an occupational physician certificate confirming that there are no contraindications for you taking up a given job role is the condition for allowing you to start work.
  • As a temporary employee, you will receive OH&S and fire prevention regulations training. Completing OH&S training is a condition for being allowed to perform temporary work.
  • An employment contract is concluded with you by Randstad no later than on the second day of performing temporary work.
  • Bear in mind that if you are a temporary employee candidate registered at the employment office as an unemployed person, you are required to immediately inform the competent employment office about commencing temporary work (regardless of the type of contract concluded).
  • Bear in mind that you are required to perform your work dutifully and diligently. Your duties as a temporary employee include the following: 
    - carry out the orders of your supervisors representing the customer’s company,
    - observe the agreed time and place of performing temporary work,
    - observe the customer’s work regulations, work organization rules, internal orders and regulations,
    - observe the OH&S and fire prevention regulations,
    - safeguard the customer’s business name,
    - protect their property and trade secrets,
    - observe the rules of community life,
    - adjust your outfit to the type of work performed.
  • If you, as a temporary employee, are involved in an accident, you are required to immediately inform both your supervisor with the customer’s company and Randstad.
  • A temporary employment contract may be terminated subject to the following notice periods:
    - 3 days – when a contract has been concluded for a period of 2 weeks,
    - one week (from Saturday to Saturday) – when a contract has been concluded for a period of more than 2 weeks.
  • Bear in mind that you must not use a customer’s property for private purposes. You must not take anything that belongs to the customer outside of the company’s premises.
  • As a temporary employee, you are liable up to the amount of your triple remuneration for any damage unintentionally caused to a customer when performing temporary work. In case of intentional misconduct (e.g. theft), a temporary employee is responsible to the full amount of the damage.
  • Bear in mind that your every absence, whether due to sick leave or holiday leave, must be reported to the customer’s direct supervisor or a Randstad employee.
