As a temporary employee you will receive a certificate of employment, detailing information on, among others, your position and the type of temporary work performed, its duration, used holiday leave and sick leave days. Detailed information on issuing certificates of employment are specified in the Act on the Employment of Temporary Workers.

PIT-11 document.

Until the last day of February each year, you will receive a PIT-11 document that contains the income tax settlement for the previous year. This document, signed with a qualified electronic signature, is sent to the employee’s e-mail address. Once sent via e-mail, it is delivered to you much faster than via traditional post. In exceptional situations that should be reported in writing to the address of the Randstad office, it is possible to receive your PIT-11 document via regular letter to the residence address provided in the personal questionnaire.

If during a period of 1.5 year you earned as a temporary employee gross remuneration for at least 12 months (not necessarily subsequent ones) in the amount compliant with the Act on Minimum Wage and social security contributions were paid from this remuneration, you obtain the right to receive unemployment benefits. A person who became fully unemployed and does not receive documented income may apply for the benefit.
