Randstad is a signatory of the UN Global Compact initiative, adhering to and supporting its 10 principles, which address human rights, labor standards, environmental protection, and anti-corruption. Employment standards are outlined in the International Labour Organization (ILO) Declaration on Fundamental Principles and Rights at Work, including the freedom of association, the right to collective bargaining, the elimination of all forms of forced and compulsory labor, the effective abolition of child labor, and the elimination of discrimination in employment and occupation.
