In this role, you’ll be the lifeline of our finance team, handling the ins and outs of reconciling accounts with international agents. You’ll be getting your hands on real experience with mutual receivables and payables, supporting senior staff, and building skills you can carry forward in your accounting career.

- organize monthly account statements and keep reconciliation files in tip-top shape.
- assist with invoice settlement and help resolve any disputed ones (don’t worry, we have your back).
- record transfers and updates in our accounting system to keep everything accurate.
- coordinate outgoing bank transfers and compare them against monthly bank statements.
- communicate with agents on account status and updates, working closely with senior team members.
- pitch in wherever needed in the finance team—whether it’s another task or a fresh pot of coffee!
- fluent English skills (C1 level), so you can connect with agents and colleagues.
- a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- at least 1 year of finance-related experience (accounts reconciliations, general ledger, accounts receivable, accounts payable teams)
- a willingness to learn and dive into new challenges—no experience in reconciliation? No problem!
- strong organizational and communication abilities to keep things running smoothly.
- MS Office proficiency, and experience with financial systems is a bonus (if you know Microsoft Dynamics AX, we’re impressed!).
