zadania

You will be responsible for the ERP module (Human Resources):

• implementation end-to-end processes and ensuring that everything runs smoothly,
• advising the specialist departments comprehensively on the possible uses of the system and are their first point of contact,
• defining process standards and ensuring that they are adhered to,
• working closely with key users from all companies and the support teams in Asia and North America,
• creating detailed process documentation and training materials that help users to use the system optimally,
• involving in projects and contribute to their success,

oczekujemy

• completed a degree in business informatics or a comparable qualification,
• min. 2 years of professional experience in the field,
• extensive process knowledge in the ERP environment, ideally SAP HR applications,
• good relationship and communication management,
• future-oriented approach and proactive problem-solving skills,
• fluent in written and spoken English and German, ...
