Are you a seasoned IT professional with a deep understanding of end user environments and modern workplace technologies? We are looking for an experienced End User Computing (EUC) Specialist to join our dynamic team supporting enterprise-level clients in the IT consulting space.
You will play a key role in managing and enhancing the user experience across desktops, laptops, and mobile devices. This position is ideal for someone with strong technical skills in device management, collaboration tools, and directory services, who is also comfortable taking ownership of configuration and migration projects.

Overseeing day-to-day operations of end user devices – desktops, laptops, and mobile platforms
Deploying and administering collaboration tools such as Microsoft Teams, Webex, and O365
Managing device configurations, patching, and software distribution using tools like Intune, SCCM, and MDM platforms
Supporting and administering directory services (Active Directory and Azure AD)
Leading configuration and migration initiatives across EUC environments
Ensuring adherence to security protocols and compliance standards
Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues across user platforms
Creating and maintaining comprehensive documentation for configurations and operational procedures
Acting as a senior technical advisor and mentor for junior team members
7–10 years of hands-on experience in end user computing or related IT infrastructure roles
Strong proficiency with Microsoft Intune, SCCM, MDM solutions, and O365 ecosystem
In-depth knowledge of Windows Server environments, Active Directory, and Azure AD
Familiarity with EUC tools such as BigFix, Desktop Central, and Ivanti UEM
Solid understanding of EUC security best practices and configuration strategies
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team setting
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience

Microsoft certifications such as:
Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate
Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert
Experience with automation and scripting (e.g., PowerShell)
Participation in cloud migration or digital workplace transformation projects
