We are seeking an experienced HRBP to partner with the Centre leadership team on the development and implementation of business strategy, with particular emphasis on the people and organisational elements. Working with the GBS Centre leadership team the HRBP will ensure a smooth and compliant centre launch while fostering a positive work culture. As a trusted advisor, you will mobilise the people strategies created in our Poland Centre teams, ensuring compliance with local labour laws and regulations.

- work with the Poland Centre leadership team in mobilising the people strategy and driving the business plan, bringing the latest HR insights to the process
- lead the implementation of people work streams to fit business purpose, including Workforce Planning, Reward, Employee Relations, Engagement & Culture and Talent Management aligning with systems and tools
- coach the leadership team in handling sensitive or complex HR issues and in their own personal development including meeting leadership expectations.
- provide effective employee relations advice given the context the business area is working in, and ensuring business needs are met in line with the Company HR policies, processes and the country laws & market practice
- maintain a strong partnership with other functions to ensure overall service delivery
- lead change and transformation projects for the Centre and working closely with the wider GBS organisation.
- minimum 4-5 years' experience in GBS/SSC environment in a leadership role within HR Ops (equivalent HRBP / HR Manager)
- knowledge of English at min. C1,
- ability to coach senior leaders and their teams to deliver business strategy and drive performance and capability improvement within their teams
- ability to analyse and challenge business strategy and develop people implications.
- well-developed customer and relationship management skills, including credibility and influencing skills at senior levels and across functions
- broad knowledge of the HR function and its capability to support business objectives
- broad change management skill set, combined with the ability to apply project management principles to deliver and support organisational change
- sensitivity to language and cultural differences.
