- Responsible for delivery of Procurement Key Performance Indicators’ such as Value Improvement Programs, Innovation Delivery, Payment Terms Extension, Cost Target, Gross Margin Improvement, Traceability & Sustainability, etc. in line with sourcing strategies and compliance management
- Support security of key materials and product innovation through the development of contingency plans and alternative materials/supplier strategies, working with R&D, local/regional teams and suppliers.
- Monitors material report to update market pricing and maintain record of supply-demand balances.
- Close working with Suppliers and consuming countries to ensure material availability. Responsible for pricing accuracy together with other members of the Regional/Global team Responsible for Price Forecast maintenance
- Support in engaging with R&D for alternate material approvals / formulation changes, and at times lead regional implementation of global projects involving surfactants.
- Lead & Support delivery of cost savings in line with sourcing strategies and compliance management.
- Lead & Support Procurement Manager with the tendering process and the subsequent benchmarking and total cost analysis
- Support operational complexity reduction programs
- Continuously improve ways of working e.g. more efficient ways of handling data, thereby close co-operation with Enterprise support and Capability Teams
- Support the management and maintenance of supplier relationships, in addition to internal relationships with market teams
- Support compliance initiative, e.g. contract management, SQA/RS, specs, and etc.
- 3-5 years of experience in Procurement, preferably within direct materials (raw/pack)
- Fluent in English
- Excellent Microsoft Office capability (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.).
- Good analytical and communication skills
- You are fast-learner, structured and resilient
- Able to work in fast paced environment and manage timelines
- Good at stakeholders’ management for both, internal and external
